Residential Conveyancing Costs

Our residential conveyancing fees start from £520.00 plus VAT for the legal fees.

Search packages start from £225.00 inclusive of VAT.

Bank Transfer Fee is £29.00 inclusive of VAT.

Electronic onboarding fee (optional) £20.00 inclusive of VAT per client.

We do not charge any additional administration fee. All disbursements are charged at cost, we do not charge additional for these services (save as for the search packages that are charged separately).
